All persons
entering Valley MotorSports as a rider or spectator will be required to
sign a waiver. All riders must register and sign proper waiver
prior to entering track area and riding. |

Only registered rider may ride.
Mechanics, friends, or family members who have not registered or paid
to ride may not ride. |
| ** |
Intentional takeouts or extremely
rough riding will not be tolerated. |
| ** |
Children under 18 that wish to practice/race must be accompanied by
a parent or legal guardian with signed permission or they will not be
allowed to participate. |

Riders
will not be permitted on track without proper equipment
- Helmet
- Boots covering the ankle
- Long Pants
- Eye protection, gloves, chest protectors, knee pads or knee
braces and any other types of protective gear are not required but are
highly suggested |

Riders must enter and exit tracks
through proper gates. |

No bike washing in
pit area, this causes runoff and erosion of pit/camping areas. |

Valley MotorSports does not provide medical insurance for participants.
Rider or guardian is responsible for rider’s medical insurance. |

Keep your pets on a leash at all times at the track for their safety
& the safety of the riders. |

NO pit racing, 1st gear only, no
wheelies or burnouts |

No glass bottles |

Riders must adhere to the
instructions of track personnel at all times. Riders must also
obey all displayed flags immediately. If you don't know what
each flag means please ask. |

Use of alcohol or controlled
substances are prohibited by riders and spectators. Suspicion of
use of these substances will result in immediate ejection and possible
suspension. |

There is a zero tolerance policy on
threatening, or verbally abusing staff members. If you have a
problem with one of the track staff, please talk to the track manager. |

At no time are you allowed to ride in
or out of Valley Motorsport's motorcross track on your dirt bike or
ATV. Always bring bikes or ATV's on a trailer or in a vehicle. |

Kill switches are required on all
ATV's to practice or race. |
